Japanese dinner at home (lucky to have her boyfriend cook!)

This time
Lore has been exceeded. After several experiments for my bento has become really good at cooking Japanese dishes tonight and created a full menu.

to make my contribution, I am busy preparing the table. If it were not for the tablecloth that is really ugly, the result would be almost as good! The bowls are from a 100 yen store in Fukuoka. The napkins, the plates and rods are a service that has been given.

Soy sauce and wasabi

miso soup (very good)

Good and smoking ... I did an encore!

Here's the dish: nigiri with tuna, shrimp and tamago. Tuna rolls wrapped in seaweed and lightly cooked a few pieces of tuna sashimi. I am a lucky woman!

My dish is mouth-watering!

squid and shrimp tempura

tempura mushrooms, eggplant and green beans

squid have come up with a good swell and light batter, the shrimp a bit 'less, but they are really delicious

Presentation: 10 votes!

mushrooms in tempura are crisp and well cooked, great!

really good dinner!
