Great Clips Of Older Women

LETTER TO WOMEN

Dear,
send a message that I understood, beyond the specific circumstances that inspired it, it opens the broader perspective of reality and the problems of women together.
A concrete thanks to the women, each woman for what she represents in the life of humanity.
I speak directly to each woman together to reflect on problems and prospects of women in our time, focussing in particular on the essential dignity of and rights of women and provide tools to overcome the stereotypes and groped to break the "glass ceiling".
Even today, there are countless obstacles that in many countries around the world, prevent women from being fully integrated into social, political and economic. The gift of motherhood, for example, often penalized rather than rewarded, that even though humanity owes its very survival. Much remains to be done because being a woman and mother not to discriminate. It is urgent to get everywhere ' effective equality of individual rights and therefore equal pay respect for equal work, protection of worker-mother, career progressions right, equality of spouses, the recognition of everything that is related to the rights and duties of citizens in a context ; democratic.
It is not only an act of justice, but also a necessary need. The serious problems on the table will in the future of politics, increasingly involved a woman, work, quality of life, social services, health, etc.. etc. In all these areas a greater presence of women will prove valuable because contribute to spreading an evolutionary process in an organized society where the equality will be the real leverage of 'efficiency and productivity.
I am convinced that the secret to quickly go the way of full respect for women, not only walk through the complaint, although necessary, discrimination and injustice, but also for a effective and intelligent promotion project that involves all aspects of female life from a renewed and universal awareness the dignity of women.
