Inguinal Hernia Treatment

A Beppu onsen

Beppu is a wonderful city with a special feature that makes it really fascinating: there are anywhere in calderas and solfataras, so there are many onsen. It 's a place that struck me particularly because it is very different from all other cities seen on this journey in Japan and retains a very traditional one.

From Hakata (Fukuoka) we get 1 hour and 53 minutes

Spas are divided into areas, easily reachable by bus. We have focused our visit in the spa Kannawa, on the advice of the information office where we have provided an exaggerated amount of maps and brochures. The Japanese tourist organization is impressive and efficient, although the Japanese do not know we had no big problems to move among the attractions we have chosen.

In the back of the ticket is a stylized map of the bus routes (it's all in Japanese)

The cost of entry to the thermal baths are around 1000 yen each, while the entrance to the individual hells is about 500 yen each but if you want to visit all nine c ' is a combined ticket of 2000 yen. Even if you wanted to do travel I do not think that we can see them all in one day, we have preferred to see only two and take a bath in a private onsen, basically this is the perfect place to enjoy a little 'relaxation !

Taking the bus No. 5 in the station you arrive in the area Kannawa. Going to the terminus it comes in a way where there seems to be much, in fact there are some restaurants (one of which we had a memorable lunch) and a nice way that leads to different onsen.

This booklet has all the hells and the specialties of the area

The two hells we have seen are the Tatsumaki Jigoku "hell mouth" and Chinoike Jigoku "hell the lake of blood, very scenic the first, the second most fascinating.

mica They could miss the famous stamps? No, if you do a lot of attention in Japan I'm sure you can find stamps everywhere. Of course, here too there is the chance to buy any type of object in the field, from the little devils chillies ...

Beppu A must absolutely try the food cooked in hot vapors, in restaurants or in kitchens free after spending. We only ate eggs (very good) but there were those who cook everything, even the fish.

The real attraction of Beppu are the onsen, there are many, and every person we spoke with suggested there was different. A bit 'all over (the boards in the street, in shop windows, in the brochure) are the rules for behaving properly in an onsen. It may sound exaggerated, but many times when you are in certain situations (although there has been very well prepared) inspire the awe that the Japanese make very serious mistakes! I can not tell my experience in a public bathroom, as because of my tattoos are not able to go, but in any case the bathroom is definitely a good choice to avoid a fool!

Our onsen was more or less so,
only that it was enclosed by walls with no ceiling

The rules to follow!

I would have liked to spend the night in Beppu, who knows that special atmosphere create the steam in the streets after dark ...
